about the tubes on the sides, did you do it by brush? if i have a photoshop cs5,is this enough to make something like this?

More than enough.

And yes, the side tubes were painted by hand (mouse)one piece at a time.

100% Photoshop (CS3 back then)

Then blended together in Dreamweaver.

how'd you do the tubes or something like the wirings? is this another piece of art then you just put it on together or you made it yourself?

The tubes on the sides were 100% done by me in photoshop. The upper tubes from the header are pieces of other images that I cut and mixed in order to get that chromed look.
